I designed this beautiful clean & simple card using Flowering Rain Boots & Picture This dies. This card is my entry into this weeks Freshly Made Sketches, Sketch 536 challenge. As usual it is Monday morning and I am deciding what to create. I was able to design, cut, assemble this card in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the outcome and I know it will brighten someone’s day!

how i made this card using Flower Rain boots bundle and picture this dies
Base Cardstock is Pool Party 11″ x 4.25″, scored at 5.5″ on the long side.
Basic White cardstock, cut a piece 4″ x 5.25″ for front card panel. Then die cut the panel using the Picture This die cut.
Using a piece of Basic White cardstock, stamp images using Daffodil Delight, Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party, Pool Party and Soft Suede. and die cut images 2 flower pots in Soft Suede (I stamped off once before), daisy flower bunch in Daffodil Delight, stems for tulips in Parakeet Party (I stamped off once before) and tulip flowers in Pool Party and a seed packet. I two tulips off on the left side and the same for the stems that matched up with the cut off tulips. I also carefully cut one of the flower pots on the upper end of the pot so I could stick the stems for the tulips inside for a more realistic look.
Use glue dots to position and adhere the flower pots behind the front card panel so card images are positioned nicely behind the Picture This die cut card panel. I used dimensionals to adhere the front card panel to the Pool Party base card.
Using Dimensionals I added the seed packet image appropriately positioned and then also added the tulips flowers with dimensionals.
Die cut a banner for your sentiment. I used the Stylish Shapes dies for my sentiment. Stamped my sentiment with Soft Suede. Add to front of card with Dimensionals.
I added some Iridescent sequin to jazz it up a bit. Feel free to decorate the inside of your card as you wish. And, your card is complete!

You you may recall me mentioning a monthly Bunco night and it is with this same group. A few months back the monthly card club was focused on the Flowering Rain Boots bundle and so I wanted to share those projects with you.

I love your use of that background die for this sketch! Filling three of the circle with various florals is a fabulous look! Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.
