I am excited to share with you some easy card ideas in this month’s Sweethearts Global Collective Valentines Blog Hop using the Country Bouquet Bundle.
I am joining this talented group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators known as the Sweethearts Global Collective, you are going to find so much inspiration inside this blog post. From me I am sharing with you some easy card ideas from the Country Bouquet Bundle found in the Mini catalog currently running until April 2023. This bundle has been one of my most favorite of “Valentines” bundles. It is really pretty and delicate and can be used for all kinds of cards not only Valentines. I hope the ideas I share with you today demonstrate that for you.
Each of these card are made using a card base of 11″ x 4.25″, scored at 5.5″. The elements added are just simply cut cardstock and Designer Series Paper Country Floral Lane. From there I used a few dies and punches to create some decorative elements and added a little ribbon and gems to bling them up. When I create I have an idea of which stamp set or bundle I want to create with, but what really gets me going to knowing a layout. I think this comes from my scrapbooking days.
Next, I’m going to share with you a card design that sort of happened as a result of just putting it together. It is a very simple card. The card base is cut 5.5″ x 8.5″ and scored at 1.25″ and 4.25″, the 1.25″ score line gets folded out and is tacked down on the front of the card base. Don’t tack it down until you have done some stamping. Then I cut two pieces of 1″ x 5.25″ Designer Series Paper strips to adhere as shown in the pictures. From there you can decorate as shown or as desired.
