Learn how to make WREATH OF BLOOMS KIT AND 2 ALTERNATE IDEAS YOU WILL LOVE. I created the Wreath of Blooms Kit from Stampin' Up! to show you my version of the original project the kit was designed.
Here is the Wreath of Blooms project that I created using the Kit.
I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out.

The Wreath of Blooms Kit is a great Kit option for beginner crafters. It is simple and easy with a full color outline for instructions and the kit includes everything you need to create the project (except scissors and a hot glue gun). Stick with me, because, I’m going to share with you pictures of the alternate ideas that I demonstrated in my Facebook/YouTube live yesterday afternoon.

Wreath of Blooms Kit – Alternate idea #1

I was seeing several demonstrators that have created this by coloring the cardboard wreath to Black. I remembered this evening I think the first place I saw it was on my monthly zoom Bunco by Laura Anderson. It was so striking that I decided I had to create my own version of a Basic Black wreath on my live today and here is the result of that project.

Beautiful and striking alternate version of the Wreath of Blooms Kit, changed wreath element to Black using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and a sponge.
(You may want to seal the ink using a desired sealer to hold the color.)
Then wrapped with Black & White 1/4” gingham ribbon as the hanger.

Wreath of blooms kit – Alternate Idea #2

In order to show you how to maximize the value of this kit and because the flowers in the kit include the color Night of Navy, I had to create a wreath using Night of Navy ink and elements.

I colored the wreath using my Dark Night Of Navy alcohol blends marker. PLEASE NOTE…I do not recommend using your blends marker to color the wreath, since it completely ruined my blends marker. That said, I completely love the results. I also remembered the retired roll of Night of Navy gingham ribbon, which I pulled out to create this beautiful alternate idea. It took approximately 2.5 yards of ribbon to create this wreath, bow and hanger. I hope you love it as much as I do.

Isn’t this wonderful?
It is my favorite Wreath of Blooms Alternate Idea. I love the Night of Navy wreath!

This wonderful Wreath of Blooms Kit is super affordable at $13 plus tax and shipping and can be found in my online store. It will make some really special gift for a friend, Mother’s Day, a Senior ‘s home. The wreath is approximately 9” in diameter and maybe 10.5” once all elements are added, it is light weight and is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face.
